  1. Add ½ cup room temp water to gelatin and bloom.
  2. Add 1 cup water of boiling water and Protein Water Lemonade, stir to combine.
  3. Pour into molds and set for 2 hours in the fridge.
  4. Scoop off any foam before setting, and if there appears to be settlement on top once set, trim before eating.

    If you notice a thin layer of foam forming on top as the recipe sets, this can have a slightly grainy texture. The rest of the recipe will still be smooth and delicious. For best results, you can gently skim off any foam before setting. If any remains once set, simply trim it off before serving.
