Dig into dessert with these adorable Gummy Garden Choc Pots. With layers of creamy Choc Whiz mousse, crunchy chocolate biscuit soil and colourful Gutsy Gummies, they're a fun and delicious way to add a little imagination to snack time.

  • 6 little terracotta pots or cups (non-glazed food safe)
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup Choc Whiz
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5.3 oz chocolate biscuits - your fave
  • ⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies (your choice of flavour - or multiple) 
  • 3.4 fl oz room temperature water
  • 6.8 fl oz boiling water
  • Mint leaves
  • Chamomile flowers
  1. Make your Gutsy Gummies by mixing ⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies powder to room temperature water. Then add boiling water. Mix to combine then pour into moulds. Set in the fridge for 30 mins.
  2. Make your chocolate mousse by adding Greek Yoghurt, Choc Whiz, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix to combine, then add to your ‘garden pots’.
  3. Crush the chocolate bickies, then top it over the mousse.
  4. Place set gummies onto the ‘soil’, then add mint leaves and chamomile flowers.
