This 20 Minute Beef Stir Fry is proof that quick meals can still be packed with flavour and nourishment. Inspired by Pad Kra Pao & @desertislanddishes - loaded with over 30g of protein per serve, it combines beef mince, vibrant greens and Natural Beef Bone Broth Concentrate for a simple, satisfying dinner that's ready in no time.

  • 2 cups Jasmine rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1.1 lb Beef mince
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 7 oz green beans, chopped
  • 2 big handfuls of baby spinach
  • 4 Spring onions, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce / tamari
  • 1 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Beef
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • Chilli crisp - to taste
  1. Cook rice to packet instructions.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to a pan on medium heat, cook for 2-3 minutes to soften, then add beef mince, cook until browned.
  3. Add beans, baby spinach and ¾ of the spring onions, stir for 2 mins.
  4. Add soy, beef bone broth, honey and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. 
  5. Serve rice and stir fry into bowls.
  6. Add a little more olive oil to the pan, crack in 4 eggs. Cover with a lid, cook for a minute or two until the white is cooked and the egg is jammy.
  7. Layer over an egg onto each bowl. Cover with chilli crisp.
